Hate Crime Reporting Form

Hate crime is defined as any crime or incident motivated by prejudice or hate, and includes crimes based on race, disability, sexual orientation and faith.

If you have witnessed, or been the victim of, a hate crime, you can now report it online using our form below. Simply answer as many questions as you can, or as many as you wish.

By reporting an incident you give information needed to help tackle hate crime by supporting victims and bringing perpetrators to justice. Information will only be shared with other agencies, like the Police, social landlords and others if you give your permission.

More information about hate crime, the actions that can be taken by agencies if you report an incident and details of independent hate crime reporting centres can be downloaded here.
